Conquering the Interruptions to Challenges To Your Busy Life.. 

Time can be our best friend or our enemy .. Just like a friend, it depends how we treat it.

If you stay in touch and always make the proper space for our friends that is.

But how? Well, I must admit that 'I am the most guilty of disorganizing my time'..

and 'allowing' my friends and acquaintances invade my space and time - (unfortunately) to the point it throws me into 'reverse'.. in my life and progress in my business.

Once I find myself there - I realize I'm saying, ~ "Oh Crap, I did it again!" ~

~ Then the stress hit like a freight train.

~ I"m overwhelmed with all that 'should have been' accomplished.

~ I don't know where to begin to dig my way out of what I now have 'dumped' upon myself.

So, now I need help digging my way back out -

Forget the Shovel.. I will need a Bull Dosser!

If  you deal with a Right Brain personality (like myself) and you are not well practiced at keeping your boundaries in place when it comes to family and people you care about.. this can really be a problem.

What is the answer? Well, I'd like to have a profound answer for you.. but here is what I have found and it's simply. It's what you can guess it is.

** Just Do It !! Draw your time boundaries for you work and stick to them.

A Sample Situation:

Question #1) Once you allow just one person to worm their way into your work time, that wall is down - or at least weakened.

I think to myself, "Well, If I took that call from Darlene, then how can I not answer Adam's call - That wouldn't be fair.. would it?

Answer #1) What is 'truly fair' ? Who are you most responsible to be fair to?

If you say, "Others" - You're wrong! And this could be your main problem.

This I can say, because it is one of my problems as well. I have always had a hard time "Drawing my boundaries".

If this is you - Fix it fast! It will destroy your business. No one is any more important than yourself. Ask yourself "Who destroys their day to connect with me?"

Hummm.. Never thought of that before?

This could be the root of this issue - Everyone who knows you - sees that they can 'make you feel their pain' at the expense of your own! OH yeah - this is a big one!

Let's stop allowing others to crash out Online Businesses or Home based business work time, space and our our own responsibilities.

Hope this little 'article' and confession will help you to recognize a problem and clear those bad or lost business days from being scratched out on your success calendar and that you see your life and business begin to progress and grow by leaps and bounds in an upward arrow on all your graphs!

You may even find that you have more time for sleep, play, family, business training and enjoying your life. Isn't that why we all want to be entrepreneurs and work from home in the first place?
