Once you are seeing real results from 30 minutes, you'd be surprised how easily you are able to expand your time slot again and again - until, one day, you may be able to say goodbye to your 9-5 and commuting -

This is only an example - but you must agree that you have to start somewhere - Right?!
Take this method and adjust it to fit your needs and your lifestyle.
If you can start with 30 minutes or 60 minutes - all the better!
If only 15 minutes.. Great! ~ Just start. Then concentrate on increasing your time to focus on making your project happen.
